微软现在又回到了发布最新 Windows 更新的三年计划。通过这个新计划，他们有可能最早在 2024 年推出 Windows 12。
Windows Central 报道称，通过微软的新计划，用户将每三年收到一个新版本的 Windows。
此前，微软在2015年操作系统推出后，从三年计划转向只专注于稳定的Windows 10更新。不过，在2021年，他们正式推出了WIndows 11。
通过这个新计划，已经可用的 Windows 新功能将更频繁地提供。据 Windows Central 详细介绍，从 Windows 11 版本 22H2 开始，微软将开始通过“朋友圈”计划每年推出最多四次 Windows 11 重大更新。
